Bumps on all over my body

I’m 21 years old female. I found there are some bumps on my body, already 1 months I think. The bumps are small and about 1mm diameter. Sometime I feel itchy but most of the time no feeling. And sometime the bumps look small and not obvious but sometime look bigger. Bumps on my face are white colour and look flat. Other bumps are red. Is it some kind of skin disease or I found on internet that one of the symptoms of cancer is skin itchiness?
