Dry/itchy throat and lower back pain

Dear Dr., I am 24 years old and since last week I suddenly have lower back pain. Plus, yesterday I started to have a dry/itchy throat. I am going to travel to East Malaysia a few days later, is it advisable for me to take the COVID-19 test?
