Heartburn or Covid-19

After the virus Covid-19, I have been a little paranoid. I have past history of heartburn that make me feel like shortness of breath previously as I really do not know how to differentiate it from each other.

I am 31, female, no fever (now 36.5), no cough, no sore throat, no travelling for a year, no contact with confirmed cases, only gone out buying groceries.

Not feeling shortness of breath or heartburn. Am I at risk or is it heartburn and I am paranoid.

Thank you
