Hi doc,My throat is a bit itchy, my ears are a little bit ringing, my throat is a bit dry even after I drink a lot of water, do I have symptoms of new coronary pneumonia?

For you information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:
- Fever (morea than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
