I need help since I can’t go to the hospital due to the coronavirus outbreak

I’m a 22 year old female and I got checked last tuesday since I had difficulty breathing and was given oxygen. One week has past and I still have shortness of breath. I know it’s not the virus since my friends and family who I have had close contact with show no symptoms and it’s not like I have a fever or a cough, strictly just difficulty breathing. Yesterday, thinking that my asthma came back I used inhaler twice. I woke up today with a chest discomfort on the right, discomfort on my ribs occassionally, numb left arm and knee area and I still have difficulty breathing but now even when I’m doing nothing. Was I n9t supposed to use the inhaler? I need to know if I should just take medication at home or should I get checked or get an x-ray? To what degree is the severity of my condition right now?
