Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your query.

Seem like you have been experiencing difficulty in sleeping. This is a common occurence in recovered Covid patients and it is known as the Long Covid Syndrome. • Depression
  • Too much caffein intake
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Side effects of some medications
  • Overworked

We advise you to speak to a doctor regarding your insomnia to have a better understand of its cause and ways treat it. In the meantime, you can follow some of these methods to help you sleep better :

  • Exercise
  • Yoga or meditation
  • Reduce coffee or tea intake especially before bedtime
  • Reduce screen time before bed
  • Have a regular sleep schedule

You may consult our doctor for further assistance regarding this matter.
