Sleep deprivation and insomnia problems

Hello, doctors. I have been having a sleep disorder for a month. Do you have any non-absorbent sleeping pills? I heard taking a certain amount of diphenhylamine and deoxylamine helps. Or are there other solutions that can help? Thank you.
