For you information, WHO listed common symptoms for COVID-19 infection as follows:
- Fever (morea than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains

Hence, stomach ache and itchiness of body is not indicative of coronavirus infection. As for cough, there are other causes of it such as:
Bacterial or virus infection
Pneumonia
