Good afternoon doctor, I am male 26 year old. I am experiencing ranny/wet nose internally during early morning once wake up and during night time before sleep but during noon time is okay. I experience this symptom for about 2 week. The wet and ranny nose doesn’t cause any drip of snivel. May I know what is the cause of this and what should I do. Thanks
