Pain in thr left abdoment

Female, 48 yo. - Slip disc L4 n L5, only took arcoxia when it,s really painful, i the last period i had was in august 2019, gave birth in 2016. - csection. Recently detected with type 2 diabetic average 9- on medicine now metfformin 500mg. Did executive screening, kidney is ok. What i always feel is the pain at my left abdoment, esp during the absence of my period. And it gets better after the menstrual. What is all about? My weigh is 74kg and heights 156cm. Tq doctors!
