Sore throat more then 2 weeks
I’m female 38 years old.
My problems as below:
- My throat feel irritation since 2 weeks ago, felt like something stuck in the throat.
Took antibiotics which given by doctor few days ago but seem not recover (still got redness). - Slight diarrhea and stomach discomfort - more a week not serious but about once a day
- Body feel heat but not fever
- Sometime feel shortness of breath

Thank you for the question. For your information, sore throat and mild fever could be due to:
- Tonsilitis
- Pharyngitis
- Dehydration during hot season
- Common cold
According to WHO, the common symptoms of COVID-19 infection are:
- Fever (more than 37.5 degrees celcius)
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Aches and pains
- Sorethroat
- Headaches
- Shortness of breath
For your information, stomach discomfort and loose stool may be the side effect of the antibiotics that you are taking. It is a rather common side effect. You may take probiotics or yogurt while consuming antibiotics to replenish your healthy gut bacteria. Diarrhea is a term used when there is increased in frequency of bowel movement with watery stool. One time of loose stool in a day is not considered as diarrhea.
