Started coughing after having sore throat

I had sore throat for around 4 days since 04-Apr-2020. It has subsided but it is still there, and I noticed an ulcer at the back of my throat. This morning I started coughing. I have not had any contact with any confirmed case of covid-19. But should I be worried that I might have the disease? Shall I go to see a doctor? Please advise.

Thank you.
