Tiny bump of fingertips, looks like a tiny bruise with some blood underneath the affected skin area

I’m 18, male. So just today, I found out about this tiny bump on one of my fingertips. It looked like bruising and when felt/touched it’s a very small bump.

I got concerned when upon closer inspection, there’s red specks which I would assumed to be blood. It’s not painful or anything. The bump is purple-ish black in colour with red specks around it underneath the skin.
