Vagina Infections, pain and discharge

Im 27 years old. And have been sexually active for the past 4 months. 2 days ago, i started feel discomfort during sex and pain every time when urinating. Last night, i asked my partner to take a look, he stated that there are something on the lips of my vagina that looks like an ulcer. But it appears on different area.
