Blood during toilet time (stool)

Hi, I’m a covid survivor. Just discharged last week. I have been having an issue whereby almost everytime I went for toilet and do the 2nd business, my feaces was accompanied with blood (liquid - not the clot). And it has been a week. There’s also time, after i did the 2nd business and went again to toilet for the peeing, the blood still comes out.
I’m not sure if it’s ok to go to the clinic or hospital, although I’ve been discharged.
