Breathing difficulties + Fever on and off

Good morning doctors,i am 32 years old man and last saturday i happened to visit Brickfields and after coming back from it i felt feverish and a mild breathing uneasiness. Then the next day itself i visited a clinic and saw a doctor but he said my symptoms arent in sync with the coronavirus symptom. Till today i have the same mild breathing uneasiness and the fever comes on and off. I have never gotten such thing like this before as after i take any medication my breathing uneasiness (due to phlegm in chest) will be gone. Now i have my medicine slip almost finishing and that uneasiness is still there. Fever comes on and off and when i speak as it i am losing my voice and as if i have phlegm in my chest/throat. Should i take a covid 19 test? I do not have any continuous fever or any sign of cough. I am currently residing in Sungai Buloh and was wondering should i walk into the Sungai Buloh Hospital for a covid 19 check up.
