Feeling uncomfortable with breathing

I am a woman in my 20’s. Starting from Monday, i feel a bit difficult in breathing (somehow like you get cold or when nervous) but I have no fever and cough. So i am not sure if i should do a swab test or if I am facing any health issue?

Thank you.
