I feel uncomfortable with my stomach

I’m female 59 years old. I have done twice endoscopy at ampang puteri hsptl. The 2nd time was in 6/10/18. The result was ok but the stomach irritation was due to bad gastric. I do my regular follow up & stop taking gastric medicine after 6 months. My stomach irritation comes back towards end of fasting month this year till now. I went to GP to get some gastric medicine but i’m worry if this is not a right way to do. Please advice what should i do? Honestly i’m afraid to go through the endoscopy process. At the same time i’m confuse am i having gastric or colon problem.
