No period yet & pregnancy scare

Hi dr, I’m 22/f. On 3/4/21, me and my boyfriend were alone together and we dry humped with me being fully naked and him wearing boxers and a pair of shorts. My last period for March was from 19/3/21 to 25/3/21, and when we dry humped it was 9 days after my last period. While we were dry humping, my bf went to the bathroom to pee but did not wait till the last drop of pee. Then he came back to continue dry humping still with boxers and shorts on, while dry humping he felt like he was about to cum so he pushed me away (but he did not cum) and we checked his boxers to see if there was any wet spots on him that was caused by his fluid/pre-ejaculate, then I found a wet spot on his boxers and he checked, he said it’s his pee and that he did not wait till the last drop of urine. But his shorts had like a net layer on the inside was dry and the outside of the shorts was dry too. He also assured me that it was his pee and not his pre-ejaculate so I was still fine about it. A week or 2 after this happened, my breasts started hurting just like I usually get few weeks before my period begins. Now it’s 21/4/21, I still have not gotten my period and I usually get period cramps a week before my period begins and I still haven’t gotten those cramps yet as well. But my breasts are still painful. I am quite paranoid as I am not on any pills. Is there a chance of pregnancy to occur from what has happened?
