Not sure of who I am

Hi, I’m 23 y/o woman. Weighted 33kg & height is 146cm. I’m currently experienced IBS-C. I would like to ask opinions about my mental health. I’m always having brain fog & empty-minded since I was teen. I feel like I’m dying inside. I also neglected myself in terms of health, appearance, hygiene, relationships, self-skills and all. I also feel like I’m a burden to everyone and not bring any good to people. I will always blaming myself for every mistakes that I did. I experienced mood swings also lately. I keep on feel irritated on small things and easily burst out even after laughing out loud. I always feel depressed. I feel like there is no one I can talk about this to. I scared to tell my parents because it will give burden to them. As for my social life, i feel like I’m losing all of my friends. I’m more quiet and isolated than before. I also feel unmotivated to do things like chores and assignments. I have no skills in me that I can be proud of. Is there anything I can do with these?

What I can advice is regarding emotional depression, try to fill your free time with some activities like reading, listening to music, cooking or anything you always wanted to do. Do some meditation to ease her mind. Practice controlled breathing when she feels overwhelmed by stress. Canceled out all noises by any mean, then take a deep breath until you can see your abdomen rise and slowly release through mouth. Focused only on breathing and repeat this step for several minutes or until you feels relax.
