Persistent cough for almost a month

I’m a 28yo female. I developed a cough sometime early Feb and had a fever for about a day or two as well. I had some difficulty breathing then and had consulted a GP twice and went to the hospital. Throughout this I was prescribed steroids, antibiotic and inhaler amongst others. I’ve completed all my medication. The coughing subsided last week but this week I’ve started coughing more again and have an itchy throat. What should I do?
