Questions on birth control

Hi , i am a 23 year old female. I would like to take birth control . Would like to ask how should i take birth control if my cycle length is about 30+ days. Also, would birth control increase my chances of getting worse breakouts? Would birth control with estrogen prevenmy skin from reacting to the birth control (and also help with my acne) ?

Thank you. X

On top of that, all hormonal contraceptive method contain estrogen and progesterone. But, there is some that contain only progesterone only and it is usually given to women who’s still breastfeed. But, taking oral combined contraceptive pill did help with the acne if the causes of acne is due to hormonal imbalance as the pills will help in regulating the hormone.
