There are few ways to encourage your baby to eat well :

  • Let them decide : you may involved them during the grocceries shop, let them involved in tasting the food before you served.
  • Gentle approach : you can use few phrases to encourage your baby to eat such as "if you eat this rice, you will grow bigger and can ride tricycle soon ! "
  • Different but the same : baby sometimes could be fussy of a particular food because of the texture or color of the food, why not you try to present it in different way such as make a smoothie out of bananas.
