For your information, mental illness can be treated and handled by psychiatrist specialist. There are numbers of them in government hospital. You can either go straightaway to the psychiatric clinic at hospital or you can go to any government clinic at your nearest to be refer up to hospital.
These ways you will be treated by psychiatrist accordingly.
