Facial skin problem - redness, bumpy, itchy and burning skin

I’m a 28 years old woman with a facial skin problem. I have red, bumpy heres and theres on my skin face. It was burning and itchy too. I have tried and change my skincare too but it get worse. I’ve met 3 doctors before this. 2 of them were skin expert but my face start to break out again after I finished the antibiotics. Before married, I don’t have any skin problem. After married and two miscarriages, my skin get worse
I really want to know the reason why my skin become like this. Am I allerged to something or is it hormonal? If I want to know the cause of my skin problem, who should I consult? And what test can I took?Thank you.
