Heart palpitations throughout the days

Hi doctor. I’m a female in my early 20s and it feels like I’ve been having heart palpitations on and off for most of the day for about 1-2 months now. I have also been having flashes of heat. I’m fairly certain it’s anxiety and have also done a blood test to disprove that it is due to it being a thyroid issue, but I’m still fairly concerned it might be something else. Would you recommend that I visit a cardiologist to double check? Thanks in advance!
