Hiv viral load undetectable and suspect viral load rose up again
Hi Doctor, I’m 29 year old male living with hiv. I already taken tenof and efavirenz and on time and never missout . july i get my id clinic appointment and they tell me im undetectable viral load already and cd rose up from 333 to 530. and however 12/9 i get my health screening result. my hiv is reactive is quite normal. before this, my hiv reactive beside got remark (weak). but this time is not remark the word of (weak) on the report. and should i believe my government hospital id clinic doctor tell me is already undectectable? and i feel abit worry . since im undetected viral load, why my health screening hiv part not remark (weak)already ? my viral load is detectable back?

From your explanation above, I understand that you are worried about this matter. For your information, in cases of an undetectable load becomes detectable again could mean that the treatment has stopped working. However, it is important to consider that there might be a lab error of the result. These errors could occur if you had the flu before or received a vaccination. A viral load result that occurs below 400 only once should not be worried about. But if a second test confirms the first test you took then it is advisable for a change in the treatment regimen.
