I had a HIV self test kit last month. I got the fourth-generation one. It shows NEGATIVE. Then, I had the test again on today. It shows me the same result, NEGATIVE. So, is it accurate for I am not having HIV?

Hello and good night
Thank you for your question

Based on your question, I understand that you are worry about your problem. I will try to help you.

For your information, because you had done the test twice in a different days, so the result may be accurate for you not having HIV. But, I prefer you to get a confirmation with the doctor.

So I advice you to refer to a doctor to get an exact information about your problem. You can also have an online consultation with our doctors to get more information and further treatments.
