Risk level of the hiv transmission?

Hi doctor , would like to ask if virginal fluid get contact with sore on body , is that consider a high risk of hiv transmission ?

Hi. Thank you for your questions.

For your information HIV can be found in only certain body fluids such as blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. These fluids must come in contact with a mucous membrane or damaged tissue or be directly injected into the bloodstream (from a needle or syringe) of non-infected person for transmission to occur. Hence, from your situation the risk of transmission is there.

If your sexual partner is positive for HIV, that will put you in a higher risk of contracting HIV.
