Mengalami symptoms seperti batuk, selsema, occasional shortness of breathing, sore throat

So I checked at clinic to check on my shortness of breathing problem. It was odd since I don’t even have asthma. The first doctor said that it was due to gastric problem since I also had bloated stomach. As the problem is still not slowing down, and I also developed other symptoms such as sore throat and cough, I went to a second doctor and she said that it was due to acute pharyngitis. So the question is should I be worried and go check at the hospital or it is just a normal symptoms as mentioned by the second doctor. Is self quarantine appropriate or is unnecessary? Glad if you could advise on what should be done. Thank you…
