Breathing shortness

I am 17 years old boy. For the last few weeks , i noticed that sometimes my breathing is very heavy it’s like what i inhaled is not enough yet, and it is more likely a heavy breathing than shortness of breath, and it’s not happening all the time and all the day , it’s merely happened at a certain times and it is very unpredictable; as it could be during the day or night; sometimes i feel like i am overthinking on something that actually lead to anxiety attack but i dont quite sure if it really an anxiety attack as the symptoms are not basically triggered on the spot as im too stress on something; but then again i found it is a bit correlated with it, but my sympt does not accompanied with anyting else such sweatness, left arms ache, diziness or flu , it is just heavy breathing or air hungry kind of type but there is no wheezing or any sound produced it felt like my chest is congested and i need to frequently take a breath , it is not like a serious shortness of breath or so called as tercungap cungap. And also i have been diagnosed when i was a child for having asthma but it’s already for a long time not happening to me and a few a month a go i have also been diagnosed with eczema.
