Notice Brown spot on skin , like death skin cell

Hi , i noticed brown spot on my skin . I think it was tinea versi colour . But i rarely feel itchy . When i scratch my skin on that brown spot ,it goes out like dead skin cell . I think it a fungal infection cause it get better when i apply econazole cream . However , Can takes i takes that single doses Fluconazole 150mg? How long can i see the result? Because that econazole cream not practical cause have to apply consistenly and suddenly it appear back on other places. That why i want to take the oral doses. Some of them already appear white i think but not quite noticeable cause i have fair skin . My next question, when it already white can it turn back to skin origin colour? Furthermore ,will the white part cause infection to other part too?

Then, is that single doses enough or i need to take more doses? Looking up for your recommendation. Thank you.
