Puffy and scaly eyelids due to allergic reaction or eczema flare up after a meal i had, making me hard to open my eyes and see clearly

I am a 25 year old female, i have atopic dermatitis affecting my lips & have been put on treatment with protropic ointment. I have had allergic reaction to dust and it caused my whole face to be itchy, including my eyelids. 2 days back, i had a meal of which i believe consisted belacan or dried shrimp in it, then my cheeks, eyelids & around my lips were very itchy. Now, my eyelids are still puffy and scaly, which makes it hard for me to open my eyes and see clearly. I’m experiencing light headache too, i’m afraid it affects my eyes overall. My lips were also a bit swollen when the flare up started. I am unsure of what food items am i allergic to since i just found out that i have eczema and asthma December last year. I am also unsure that the flare up was due to my eczema or allergy.
