I am a 22yo female student. My body turning yellow in suddenly and without under sunlight. Especially my legs, the most changed parts, from thighs to feets, which are became yellowed and tanned. However, other parts like arms, neck, stomach are not much changes, and no changes on my whites of eyes as well. Therefore, I wondered is it some problems with my health? Or am I worried too much

Information below not sure whether are related to my problem:

  1. I have health screening in half year ago. Everything is fine, but my serum iron was very low, which only have 5.4mmol/L. Therefore, causes my heart beat is faster even in normal occasion (around 100-110/min).
  2. In the health screening, I also had been figured out some value around 100+ in CA125 (not in period& no taken alcoholics), but ovaries are nothing after doctor do a scan for me.
  3. In these 2months, I have easily get cold feet even im sweating due to hot weather.
  4. And I usually ate very small portion in daily meals.
