Chest pain with palpitation

2 days ago, I experienced chest pain with palpitation. The pain started at middle chest while lying on bed and the pain eventually spread to whole chest area.

At ER, Blood test was taken twice and the result of cardiac enzymes is showing normal ckmb n troponin. ECG report indicate there is upright T waves over V4-6 (screen twice with similar result)

My age is 33 with no medical record no family with heart problem record.

Dr say that this is symptom of gerd but i rarely have gastric.

My concern is the ECG report, what is meant by V4-6 and is this indication oh heart problem? Is this a symptom of unstable angina?
