Heart Palpitations and Body Shakes

I started a new job almost a year ago and it is a very busy, fast-paced job. I realised that I oftenw orry or feel uneasy when I don’t do work as I’m always overworking until late night so naturally you’ll find me drinking at least two cups of caffeine every day.

Since January, I’ve been waking up mid sleep with heart palpitations and feel like my bed or body is shaking. This happens for no more than 10 seconds before I fall asleep again. This has happened about 6 times now. What may be the cause? Do I need to see a GP or specialist? if the latter, what type?
