I am a 22y/o woman. I have all of the symptoms above happened at the same time and sudden, which was a midnight of last week. In normal status, my pulse is in a range of 90-110/min as my smart watch stated. However, once I felt something wrong, my pulse was raise to 120-145/min. I realized that I had to breath more and harder to let myself comfortable.(no any chest pain, but the muscle that link my left shoulder and neck).
After 30mins, my pulse was drop to 110-120/min, and I felt better, but suddenly cold and felt pains on parts of my body, the pain is just 1 sec and keep changing the places. However, I fall asleep after all these symptoms happened an hour ago. Actually this problem has happened before, almost once in 1-2months. However, this time is a bit serious than before.
And I had took health screening in 3months ago. All are good, just low in serum iron (5.4mmol), should be the reason of heart racing in normal situation.
Currently, I feel much better, but my feet and hand always cold even in hot weather and im sweating. I just confused should I go for a check again? Or not that serious? Because trying to avoid go out.
