How to get medicine for HIV immergency

My husband have trip to Malaysia. He is now taking HIV medicine and have continously treatment by hospital in Thailand but medicine he is now taking will be finished today. Because medicine I sent to him not arrive in time.

Can you help please, he take 2 nevilapine and 1 TENO-EM daily.

Where he can go to buy just for 7 days only.
