Skin Allergy and medicines not suitable

I am a woman in my mid 20’s and had a skin Allergy since I was 10 years old. My skin Allergy became worst since 5 years ago. I’ve consult few skin specialists and been diagnosed with hyper skin allergy. I cannot eat seafoods, egg yolk, and cannot comes in contact with detergent & dishwashing liquid at all. My skin especially my fingers and hands becomes black, itchy and hardens whenever this allergy came. My skin also bleed easily whenever I came in contact with anything. Do you have any suggestions on how to overcome this and what medicines that I should take? I am currently depending on medicines from pharmacy since I’ve tried medicines from skin clinics but it became worst.
