Hi, I’m a 24 years old girl. Since past few weeks, sometimes I feel pain in the middle of my chest and suffocate. I gained weight, I have difficulties to digest and have heart attack family history. Can you please advise on my concern? Thank you very much. And have a good day!

***Sorry doctor, I forgot to mention in my previous forum that I always “berdehem” in the morning feel like ada kahak in my throat.
