Conscious about own breathing, chest felt stuffy after one hour after waking up, lack of concentration, tons of worries

Since one of my parent still waiting for the covid-19 swab test report and another one getting anxiety, i need to support my family mentally and all responsibility must be done by myself. I am a 23 years old female and will getting my final test starting from February and also my assignment and presentation to be done. Since there are lots of things happening, i put my attention towards my family more but then worried about other tasks that i have not finished yet. I do not know when i started to feel that i stop my breathing consciously or unconsciously for a second then i seem to be control my breathing…it felt weird…i do not really know how to describe it… and it especially happened when i took out some times to focus on my studies. I have terrible concentration especially when i need to memorize my notes and doing my revision. I would deviate my focus to family issue and thought about how to make the situation better yet feel sorry to my studies that i done half-hearted. After that, i feel that my mood getting worse and unable to be stay patient and calm. What should i do for now?
