Mole on the sole of the left foot

Two years ago the soles of the feet long a mole, I heard that long in the soles of the feet of the mole is easy to produce lesions. Can I have an operation to remove him as a precaution? I’ve seen the doctor and he said no, but I’m afraid it will get worse in the future
