I am suspecting my best friend having hiv+

Here is my bestfriend health journal that ive compiled.

28/3/2019 - do bloodtest, they take 8 small bottles of blood.
After the visit, i realize he started consuming vit b complex at 9 pm everyday as he said doctor advise him to.
He complaining he got hair loss.
2/4/2019- fever
3/4/2019- fever
4/4/2019- fever
6/4/2019 - fever
*starting april he got severe insomnia…
23/4/2019 - result out. But he never told me d outcome. I think he started d haart medication during this date. He need to eat medication at 10 am, and then anothe blue tablet at 10 pm…
2/5/2019- fever
3 /5/2019 - fever n mental breakdown
4/5/2019 - fever n got tumbuh ruam2 seluruh badan kecuali tapak tangan dan muka. His doctor said he will get that rashes few weeks after consume d medications. But after few days the rashes gone
29/5/2019 - checkup. Doktor give him injection for the rashes. Doctor asked him to take the injection once every week for 3 week. He still got nightmares during sleeping.
19/6/2019 - follow up checkup. Starting this date he become so distant.
28/6/2019 - fever again. Flu fever and coughing.
29/6/2019 - fever
30/6/2019 - fever and nausea
1/7/2019 - headache and nausea
2/7/2019 - headache and caughing

I believe he take haart medication as he complaining insomnia, lack apetite, drowsy, nausea morning, having bad dreams, at times he cant bakance himself.
One of the tablet looks like truvada blue tablet.

I would like to confirm if the above is characteristics of hiv patient, i would like to lend him my endless support.
