Rashes and skin shedding on both my hand palm

I am a 31 year old male, recently I have been getting frequent headache, sore throat, mild cough, and some muscle aches. I noticed both my hand palms have rashes,
it iches at the start but now it doesn’t.
Dead skin are also shedding on both my palm,
do I need to see a doctor?
