Unable to concentrate, losing memory and thinking ability, slow reaction
Hi, I am a 24 years old women. I developed a bad habit of excessive imagination since I was a kid and I can’t control it till now. I imagine all kind of things nearly every second ( Not exaggerating ), the content of my imagination includes conversation with others, event that never happens in real life etc. And since I was a kid, I have terrible concentration, memory and thinking ability. I cannot concentrate on one thing more than 5 minutes, and recently I feel like my memory and thinking abilities are regressing drastically. For exp, a recent event happened, I suddenly cannot remember the laptop password I key in EVERYDAY and it took me a while to recall back. Moreover, I can’t think and react to a simple question or during decision making. I am curious if all these are caused by mental problem or physical problem, and how can I know? Thanks in advance.
