Chest pain and a lot of uncertainty

During the first day of mco 2.0, I was working until Saturday. However, I think I have chest pain once in a while (which begin on yesterday and I think maybe was anxiety attack) due to the pandemic issues that have been non stop rising and I’m having a lot of uncertainty and keep on thinking unnecessary stuff. So like do I need to do swab test or am I just having anxiety attack?
