Small bumps on my arm and chest

Im 21 years old female. Today I found some small bumps on my arm and chest but not that much. Some are red, some are white. Some are a bit itchy and some are not. No other symptoms. Is it chicken pox? Or other skin disease?

It’s only could be chickenpox if the rash is small, blister (contain water), and itchy. You also might having fever, tiredness, loss appetite, and headaches.
