Rash,itchy skin,redness

Im a guy 25years old ,2 days ago i fell like something bite at my butt area ,when i check it,i see little small bump (4),redness and not really itchy it look like acne,but no watery.also at my genital area,i feel like itchy,i rub slowly and i reallize appears like black spots look like a small mole.
