Skin allergy and infection

Hi Doctor, Im 29 now living with hiv, I start haart therapy on 16/9 last year and now is January. Will my viralload going down? And i experienced steven johnson on september 2019 and 2 weeks later faded. Will those rashes come back ady? And sometimes i found my skin got allergy problem. Will because my efavirenz and tenof cause it? Skin allergy in my finger and some is mild red color and feel abit itchiness . If not touch is will be fine . And if reached undetectable level of viralload . Symptoms hiv will gone away? And will i stay healthy like other negative people? I am worry alot . And please help in this . Thanks
