Everything You Need to Know Before Joining the Weight Loss Challenge
Can I join if I live outside Malaysia?
Yes! The challenge is open to everyone, including participants outside Malaysia.
Is there an age limit to participate?
Participants must be 18 years old and above.
Can I submit photos from previous months, or only during the campaign period?
Only submissions posted during the campaign period (1 January – 25 March 2026) will qualify.
Can I participate anonymously?
Posts must display a real participant name or profile in the Facebook group to qualify for prizes.
Can I use a fake name or someone else’s story to participate?
No. Only genuine personal journeys are accepted. Using fake names or someone else’s story will disqualify you.
Are there any limits to how many posts I can make per week?
No, you can post as often as you like, but make sure your posts are genuine and related to your weight loss journey.
How is the “most active participant” measured for the RM1000 prize?
The RM1000 is awarded to the participant with the most posts and interactions on the campaign page by the end of the 12 weeks.
Can I win both the weekly RM100 and the RM1000 prize?
Yes! You can win weekly RM100 prizes randomly and still compete for the RM1000 grand prize.
Will my personal weight data or photos be shared publicly?
Posts are visible to Facebook group members. Please avoid sharing personal information you are uncomfortable making public.
Do I need to pay to join?
No, participation in the challenge is completely free.
